As CTO of Engine Media, Dominic is responsible for building and scaling the network’s media offering across multiple communications channels. This includes data management, analytics, planning, forecasting and media execution globally for the company’s Fortune 500 clients. Based in Silicon Valley, Dominic and his engineering team are experts in the ad tech space and bring innovative and impactful solutions to Engine Media clients.
An entrepreneur, Dominic most recently was the technology and engineering architect that built a multi-screen video advertising platform focused on mobile, which was acquired by Engine Group. He brings to Engine Media his expertise in building large-scale engineering and network operations teams who are able to operate high-scale, real-time internet sites and big-data systems. He has vast experience in online display, mobile, video and social advertising, and expertise in software development, quality assurance, network operations, reporting and analytics. Dominic has built datacenters around the globe and developed and operated a site with 1MM queries (hits)/second with millisecond response, real-time reporting and a big data system (10PB). In addition, he has been granted nine patents, with many more filed.
Prior to Clearstream, Dominic was the SVP of Engineering and Product at Turn, where he oversaw a team of 100 onshore and 200 offshore engineers. He was one of the early employees credited with building out the successful business and technology in charge of all aspects of software development, network operations, product and business strategy.
Dominic received his MA in Statistics from Yale. He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area and is an avid traveler.
